Orders

SHIPPING INFORMATION - Each item is carefully packed for shipment via USPS Priority Mail. We ship the next business day, once order is placed. Friday orders will ship on the following Monday.

Delivery within 7-10 business days, depending on the Postal Service

We ship orders only in the continental 48 states.

We cannot ship orders to a PO Box or to a military address.

SHIPPING CHARGES - The USPS determines the shipping rates. All packages are weight based

Shipping charges are taxable in the State of Ohio at a rate of 7%. Outside the state of Ohio, the purchaser is responsible for remitting any additional taxes.

Please make sure that your shipping information is correct. If the order returns to us due to an incorrect address, a second shipping fee will be charged to reship your order to the correct address.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We carefully inspect each package. If by rare chance you receive you product damaged please email us at spoileddogboss@gmail.com within 10 days of your purchase.
